Services.
dry needling.
Dry needling releases and relieves localized pain. The process of inserting tiny needles to the affected area is shown to relax muscles, even after just one treatment. With years of dry needling experience and a high level of expertise in the field, our number one priority is to keep you comfortable throughout the process and give effective treatment for various areas of the body.
manual therapy.
Our highest focus is on manual therapy. The muscle release that results from hands-on work helps relieve patients’ pain. Different from traditional physical therapy offices, our manual work takes up the majority of the appointment time. And it’s proven to get you feeling better by the time you walk out the door.
kinesiotaping.
Kinesio tape can be used for external cuing and pain control to promote an improved movement pattern. I am a certified kinesio taping practitioner.
therapeutic exercise.
To compliment physical therapy treatment, therapeutic exercises help a patient to become independent in their treatment plan.
Neuromusclar Re-education.
INeuromuscluar Re-education includes balance training, muscle recruitment training, and education on appropriate neuromuscular patterns to improve performance and safety with a focus on injury reduction.
Bio-mechanical Evaluation.
Do you ever wonder how you can improve your skiing or sport? A bio-mechanical evaluation aims to point out specific impairments an individual may have so they can improve upon their impairment, thus increasing their performance ability.
Concussion Management.
Concussion management is treatment that is able to help support those who have suffered from concussion through a comprehensive evaluation and plan tailored for the patient and based on his or her symptoms. I am certified in Concussion Management through Education In Motion.
